Holidays in Portugal(cont) The week-long holidays provide a fantastic opportunity for extended relaxation and lots of great yoga. Here, guests are provided with daily yoga classes, gorgeous brunch after each morning session, welcome drinks evening and optional massage treatments. Other meals are self-catered using the excellent and extremely well-equipped kitchens provided in each house. At the end of the week, new friendships will have been forged and bodies will feel stretched. For many people (like Rachel), it can be a life-changing experience (she decided to begin training to become a teacher after her first holiday in 1993) or for others simply a chance to take a well-earned rest.
