Nicole Carlin.

Nicole is a newly certified Hatha Yoga teacher with Iyengar alignment/precision. She received her certification along with a life changing experience at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico.

Nicole also has a BA in Psychology from Temple University, Philadelphia and a MA in Gender, Sexuality, Politics and Culture from Birkbeck University, London.

Her career goal is to combine her love of travel, yoga and dance and create a class for women to help them get in touch with their bodies and foster a safe environment for exploring self-love, positive body image and healthy sexuality. You can find her this summer teaching yoga at Surf and Yoga Camp in Algarve, Portugal and learning how to surf in her free time.

Nicole offers teaching yoga on a one2one basis and is happy to field enquiries from all who would like to investigate this way of learning yoga

She works out of Towcester, Northants (and sometimes in the Algarve)
