charli sales Charli has practiced Yoga since 1998, Acrobatics since the age of 5, Dance (Tap, Ballet, Modern & Disco) since the age of 2 1/2.

She is inspired by Sivanada, Hatha, Ashtanga Yoga and fuses it with Acrobatics and Dance.

Her unique style of teaching encourages all level yoga enthusiasts to enjoy her new concept Yoga Rhythm. Her down to earth nature and bubbly personality is infectious and inspiring.

History

Y O G A R H Y T H M® was first inspired in the beautiful place called Tofino found on Vancouver Island in Canada during the summer of 2005.

Over the last 2yrs Y O G A R H Y T H M® has been taught in Canada, France and the UK.

Proving to be popular amongst all ages ranging from early teens to 77yrs (the oldest to date) Y O G A R H Y T H M®just keeps growing with popularity from strength to strength.

Y O G A R H Y T H M® has a pace and excitement like no other form of Yoga where it fits within our western society to suit all ages.

Philosophy

We are a young company aiming to make a difference to the community by helping people feel more inspired to live a positive life through building inner confidence, self belief, inner strength and mental clarity.

To help inspire people to practice Y O G A R H Y T H M® , especially to those who aren't privileged members of gyms, leisure centres or are too self conscious to participate in fitness classes. This can be achieved through the public buying their very own Yoga Rhythm DVD, private tuition in the comforts of your own home or through our online classes.
