Anne is an accomplished and certified Yoga teacher with many Holistic skills at her disposal. She also is an excellent Aromatherapist.

She runs classes in various locations in Northamptonshire and also provides one-to-one tuition.

Anne first qualified with FRYOG in the 1980's and in the early part of the '90's went on to qualify with the British Wheel of Yoga and also with Paul Harvey (ViniYoga Foundation Certificate)

Anne's style of yoga is centered on development of inner balance, combined with a steady awareness of the breath, energy flow and posture.

Anne also provides support in her teaching for people with mental health problems.

She runs a successful Complementary Health practice based in Orlingbury, near Kettering, offering Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, (specialising in the treatment of back pain), Indian Head massage and ear-candling.

She is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner.
